Held annually, it supports patients cared for by Winter Haven Hospital, Winter Haven Women’s Hospital, Bostick Heart Center, Cassidy Cancer Center, Family Health Centers and a variety of other health care services provided by Winter Haven Hospital.

Lewis Family Cancer Fund “Swing for the Cure”

The Lewis Family Cancer Fund (LFCF) “Swing for the Cure” event was founded by Josh and Geoff Lewis. The event was established to help promote public awareness and assist in funding research development for the prevention of and cure for cancer. Since its inception, “Swing for the Cure” has generated over $160,000 in support of Winter Haven Hospital Cassidy Cancer Center patients.

Mountain Lake Invitational

Mountain Lake’s prestigious private golf course is ranked as one of America’s top 100 golf venues. Sponsorship opportunities for the Foundation’s invitational golf event sell out quickly each year. Proceeds benefit the most current and urgent needs of Winter Haven Hospital patients.

Fore the Love

The “Fore the Love” golf and tennis event was started by Mike and Janine Mahalak and John & Tracy Scheck in 2016. Since it’s inception, “Fore the Love” has generated over $120,000 in support of Winter Haven Women’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the most current and urgent needs of Winter Haven Hosptial patients.
