Fore the Love Makes Second Donation to Winter Haven Hospital to benefit Winter Haven Women’s Hospital (NICU)

The Winter Haven Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce a generous $40,000 contribution from the Fore the Love golf and tennis event. All proceeds from the Fore the Love grant will benefit Winter Haven Hospital patients and the Winter Haven Women’s Hospital to help underwrite services to support the care of premature and sick babies cared for at Winter Haven Women’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Chaired by Mike & Janine Mahalak and John & Tracy Scheck, the event was held at the Country Club of Winter Haven, the “Fore the Love” event included an 18-hole scramble golf tournament, doubles tennis tournament and a tailgate party.
“We were happy to have the opportunity to participate in such a fun event for a wonderful cause. We had great participation and support from the community. We’d like to give special thanks to all of our fantastic sponsors whose support made this the success that it was. We look forward to continuing to expand the event and continuing to partner with the Winter Haven Hospital Foundation which does so much good in our community” stated Mike & Janine Mahalak and John & Tracy Scheck.
